Who we are
This website is operated by TVS Alternatives Private Limited (“TVS Alternatives”, “we”, “us”). “TVS Alts” is the name we use for the website. TVS Alts has applied for registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund. TVS Alternatives is part of the TVS Capital Funds group.

How units are offered
Units of an Alternative Investment Fund are offered only by private placement, to investors who are eligible under SEBI’s regulations, and only through the fund’s Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and contribution agreement.
If anything on this website differs from the PPM, the PPM prevails. Please read the PPM in full, including its risk factors and its terms on fees, expenses and tax, before deciding to invest.
