Manish Makharia

Manish has over 30 years of experience in financial services industry which includes funds management, corporate advisory and investment banking. He has led or worked on deals across sectors for high yield credit, including in his recent past firm SBI Funds Management Limited, where SBI Special Situations Fund was launched under his leadership which eventually delivered over 20% gross IRR. His experience span across mid and large companies with businesses such as infra, consumer, metals & mining, education, BFSI, healthcare etc.

Manish is a Chartered Accountant with 19th rank all India and is also NISM certified for Category I and II AIF.
